📦 SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods or product drops, please allow a few extra days.
Shipping Time:
Standard shipping typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary by region and are calculated at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once an order leaves our hands, we rely on the carrier to get it to you. Lava Lounge is not responsible for lost or delayed packages, but we’re happy to assist you in tracking them down.
♻️ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Lava Lounge gear. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s what you need to know:
Returns:
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, return the item for store credit and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items
Limited edition drops
Gift cards
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
🧾 ORDER ISSUES
Received the wrong item?
Email us at support@lavalounge.co within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the item received.
Damaged item?
We’ll fix it. Send us a photo of the damage and we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.
🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your Lava Lounge pieces looking fresh:
Wash inside out in cold water
Air dry or tumble dry low
Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
Iron inside out (if needed)
❗CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
